This has CHANGED my life and I have tons of videos on this. 1-2 hrs first thing in the morning where you don’t allow yourself on your phone ‼️ 👉🏻Creating more space for yourself to not rush. I think we under-estimate how dysregulating it is for our nervous systems to rush from task to task. I have adhd so I get it 👀 Simply waking up 15 minutes earlier so I don’t have to eat my breakfast at my desk or while driving has changed my life 👉🏻Making time to sit in silence. I’m talking to YOU with the 5-6 hr screen time. It’s so ironic I’m telling you this via tik tok 🤪 I firmly believe it’s IMPOSSIBLE to be “regulated” when we’re consuming media 24/7. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but this is at least a place you can start 💜 Don’t under-estimate the power of SMALL changes!!
