If you’re new here—I moved into an apartment that turned out to have major mold issues. Within a couple weeks, I moved out, deep cleaned everything I owned, tossed what couldn’t be saved, and bounced between Airbnbs until I found a safe, mold-free space. The symptoms were wild—brain fog, skin rashes, puffy eyes, and more. But now that I’m in a clean environment, and I’m starting to feel like myself again. I’m still detoxing, still taking things slow, and focusing on reducing as much stress as possible. Healing my nervous system (still a work in progress) has been the most powerful practice. I still get minor flare-ups, but nothing like what I went through back in January.
