I do not recommend having fast food for everrrry meal when you’re trying to lose fat BUTTTT…. The way that your body (and calorie deficits + protein work), you CAN have fun foods regularly & still make progress if you do indeed hit your calorie & protein numbers (to be in a deficit & get in enough protein) 🤌🏼 Most meals in the day are at home andddd higher protein/lower calorie/more Whole Foods 🙏🏼 BUT there are some tasty, quick, solid options out to eat AND you can stay on track no matter what’s going on (and normally no matter where you go) if you want to 🙏🏼 MUCH LOVE & talk soon! - Pat 🙏🏼💪🏼❤️🍗
Start of a new era 🤌🏼🤌🏼 if you want to lose weight fast, get a (significant) haircut 😂😂 jk jk, Seriously though… The long hair had a GREAT, generational run the last 5 years (and I might grow it back eventually) butttt I was ready for a ~fresh start~ & a change of pace! I had been thinking of getting a haircut the past year & finally did it 💪🏼 I’m excited to get 2-3 haircuts in the next month or two to see how it realllly will look & make any tweaks lol - my scalp is a lil irritated & my hair is still staying up in certain areas (the front) BUT… I love it & feel 2lbs lighter 😂 Cheers to new beginnings/fresh starts 🤌🏼 MUCH LOVE! - Pat 🙏🏼💪🏼❤️
