Stretching and mobility are essential — not just before training, but every day. They help improve movement, support performance, and play a huge role in preventing injuries. The more I’ve learned to listen to my body, the more I’ve realised how important it is to take the time to slow down and feel what needs attention. Some areas hold tension, some feel tight, and others just need to move. Over time, I’ve found a simple floor routine that works for me — a way to check in with my body, stretch everything out, and create space before I train. It’s a small habit that’s made a big difference. Wearing the @Oner Active effortless seamless leggings in soft sage green 🤍 code: DESI #mobilitytraining #injuryprevention #trainwithintention
I’m back home in Australia! 🥹🤍 It feels so nice to be back in my own space after a big few weeks of training overseas. The push camp was such a great experience — I learnt so much and I’m feeling even more excited for the season ahead. My body’s definitely feeling the effects of camp and travel, so I really needed a slow, restful day today. I’ve just been gently keeping myself busy, pottering around and organising things at home. I’ll be taking this week off training to let my body fully rest and recover before jumping back into the grind. Just a little reminder — whether you’re an athlete or just training for yourself, always listen to your body and prioritise recovery 🤍 Wearing @Oner Active & drinking @HYDREAU Sports Hydration as always code: DESI
