what I eat in a day 🤍 - lemon water first thing in the morning 🍋 - matcha with oat milk + honey 🍵 - breakfast frittata 🍳 • 8 eggs • 1 red bell pepper • handful of halved cherry tomatoes • handful of mushrooms • 1/2 red onion sliced • handful of spinach • salt • pepper • milk (about 1/4 cup) Pre heat oven to 350f cook for 20-30 minutes Paired with @Bloom Nutrition new greens #bloompartner - coconut yogurt + berries 🍓 - bloom energy - post workout smoothie •1/2 c of milk •3 pitted dates •black seed oil •banana • cacao nibs • vanilla plant protein • bloom creatine • honey - chimichurri chicken + barley salad 🍗 • for the chicken I used 3 thighs, season with chimichurri (olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, salt) + paprika and cayenne - marinate overnight for more flavor. Cook on medium heat for about 5-6 min per side •for the salad, cook barley and pair with mint, pomegranate, goat cheese and dressing of choice ( you can also add kale or romaine to this) • snack on pickles + kimchi for probiotics, and coconut water for electrolytes 🥥 • Kale Caesar salad + steak 🥩 • ended the night with rooibos chai ☕️
