This was meant to be the beginning of The 7 days but I realised I didn’t even set a baseline and these are stupid tests for ‘training’ 😅 so today my side quest is to set the baseline and figure out the best weight to start at because I think 2lbs is too much. . I wanted to make this as if @Official BAND-AID Brand Canada wanted an ad in the side quest universe because this is exactly how I’d do it while keeping it entertaining.
