Osmalieh pistachio cheese cake 🍰 تشزكيك عثملية بالبستاشيو😍 الوصفة: -على شعبرية الكنافة ضفت كمية وفيرة من السمن المذوبة ووزعتها منيح وخبزتها - للكريمة منخفق كوب ونصف من الكريمة السائلة ومنضيف عليها كوب جبن كريمي + كوب سكر+ علبة قيمر او قشطة جاهزة + ملعقة فانيلا وماء الزهر ومنخفقهم - ضفت كريمة الفستق الحلبي بالوسط Recipe: - over the kunafeh dough i added a good amount of melted ghee and spread it well over the dough then bake - for the cream: whip 1 and half cup of whipping cream then add 1 cup cream cheese+ 1 cup sugar+ 1 can ready ashta cream + tsp vanilla & rose water Whip all ingredients - add pistachio spread between the cream layers #abirzkitchen #ramadan2025

Bounty dates 🌙 بونتي التمر الطريقة: بعد تفريغ التمر من النواة، بتقدرو تحشوها اي نوع مكسرات حسب الرغبة،( كاجو، بندق، لوز…) للعجينة الخارجية منخلط : كوبين من جوز الهند، كوب حليب مكثف محلى، ملعقة كبيرة زبدة، ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا . منعجنها منيح ومنخليها بالثلاجة نصف ساعة تتماسك قبل ما نشتغل فيها. بعد ما تتماسك العجينة، منغلف حبات التمر المحشية ب قليل من العجينة. ومنخليها عورق زبدة بالبراد ساعة. بعد ما تبرد العجينة وتتماسك ع حبة التمر، منغطسها بشوكولا مذوبة ومنزينها ومنخليها كمان نص ساعة بالثلاجة تتجمد الشوكولا وتقدم وبالهنا 💕💕💕 Recipe: After removing the pits from the dates, stuff your dates with any type of nuts you like( cashews, almonds, hazelnuts…) For the coconut dough: Mix in a deep bowl: 2 cups coconut shreds, 1 cup condensed milk, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp vanilla Knead all ingredients well using your hands then place the dough in the fridge 30 minutes to cool before using it. After it cools cover each date with a piece of the coconut dough. Place on a parchment paper and set in the fridge for about 1 hour. Melt some chocolate and dip the covered dates in chocolate , place again on parchment paper, decorate and chill in the fridge, serve and enjoy 💕#تجهيزات_العيد #ramadan2025 #abirzkitchen
